Welcome to the Event Services- Support Center

Event Services would like to welcome you to our recently upgraded Support Center and provide you with a few insights on how to use this updated system while we continue to work on customizing settings and adding content during the Summer of 2014 as we prepare for the upcoming return of the Gustavus Community for the 2014-2015 Academic Year.

The Event Services - Support Center is located at (or via the link to Event Services found in the 'Technology' sections of the Faculty, Students, and Employee Resource Pages on the Gustavus Website), and we would encourage everyone who has any old bookmarks to 'Media Services' to update those links to the updated URL. 

This system/ site is primarily intended for Gustavus Community members who are actively enrolled or employed by the college, so some features are not available to the General Public.  There are some features open to all (News, Knowlegebase, and Downloads) in order to allow for everyone we serve to have access to information as it becomes available, but other services such as submitting a ticket, viewing open tickets, and our self guided Troubleshooter are available to authenticated Gustavus Users.


Feel free to have a look around and/ or search for information that pertains to your situation, and let us know what sort of information you would like to have access to and we will do our best to address those suggestions as soon as we are able.  We encourage Campus Community members to authenticate to gain access to more information and services, and those who are unable to do so to please contact Event Services via email ( with your event questions and needs, or the Campus Information Desk ( with all other campus questions.


As always, please remember that if you are in need of immediate assistance with your Event Technical Support needs on-campus, the Event Technical Services on Duty/Call staff can be reached by calling our primary office phone number at Campus x7373 (or 507.933.7373 from off-campus/ cell phones) M-F 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. and on the weekends from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Summer Staff availability subject to change based on availability, please watch for updates as they are issued).
